	Smoker Box Available in 2 sizes 10 inches x 3 inch x 2.75 inch 20 inches x 3 inch x 2.75 inch Moist wood chips add smokey flavour to your meats and fish. The Smoker sits directly on one burner. Smoke using theBBQ Racks or Rotisserie Baskets on a low heat.
	Rotisserie Basket Ideal for roasting or smoking a variety of meats & vegetables, 4 young lambs or 4 suckling pigs, 160lb of lamb or beef, 16 racks of ribs, 24 chickens, 120 corns or potatoes, stuffed peppers. Smoke 16 racks of ribs or 80 breasts of chicken with the addition of the smoke box and your favourite wood chips.
	Telescopic Basket Ideal for rotisserie turkey and chicken. Will hold 4 turkeys or 8 chickens. Below the rotiserrie you can hold potatoes hot, ready to serve.
	Barbecue Racks and Rib Racks Ideal for large groups using 2 bbq racks with 2 steam pans,you can cook ahead and hold 100 portions in the steam pans and use the bbq racks in the centre to keep ahead of demand. One Chef can cater for hundreds of customers. Ideal for breast of chicken, ribs and chops.
	Porchetta Rods Hold boneless and stuffed meat securely during roasting. A traditional favourite at any Italian Wedding - prepared without the hassle.
	Roasting Pole No tying needed. Roasting Pole, leg braces and spine clamps ensure your roast stays secure during cooking and carving. No neeed to handle the meat, simply raise the roasting pole out of the oven to the carving position and enjoy the 'show' as your meat is carved directly from the roaster - for indoor events - wheel your roaster inside for all to see, ideal for Weddings. Suitable for Lamb, venison, pigs, turkeys, beef. The roasting pole and clamps are included with the roaster, however if you are a busy caterer a spare roasting pole set comes in handy!
